Quirky place, it was clean and had efficient staff who is absolutely focused on delivering the best possible customer service. Location: the hotel was not far from the palms, Singapore and garden. Spent our evenings in nearby Bigbrand Satay enjoying drinks and atmosphere.

I ate at a very nice restaurant for dinner. It was functional and had a nice view of the gardens outside.

Fantastic staff, kind, and very professional. Good rooms, spacious and well decorated. The building itself is really unique and is quite well located
There is not a taxi stop near the hotel's door so you may have to wait some time for a staff member to get you one

The hotel is very new and nicely designed. The room was big and comfortable, with spectacular views to the city and the Marina Bay. The shower is simply superb: with direct views on the city skyline...it felt like having a shower open-air (careful, the widows are not shadowed, you can actually be seen from outside, hehe). The staff was generally good, expect for a couple of situations (see bad points). The swimming pool is very cool and the gym well equipped. The position is great, very close to two metro stops and at walking distance from basically everything expect Orchard road the the botanical gardens. The staff had the detail of serving us some amenities and giving us a greetings card signed by some of the hotel staff, for our wedding and honeymoon, which was really nice.
The breakfast, which we hadn't have, was way to expensive even for a luxury hotel (30 sgd per person per day). The staff was not exactly very professional in two occasions: at check in we haven't been served with a welcoming drink like the other 3 guests that were checking in with us...maybe it was cause they had a better room than ours (it would be curious, as we booked the second most expensive room, so improbable that the other 3 guests were all staying the suites), but I had the feeling it was due to the fact that we were the only ones with backpacks, shorts and flip-flops, instead of trolleys and a suit...additionally they wanted to check if I had enough money on the credit card before giving us the room keys (maybe this is standard in Singapore, but it was the first time it happened to me). At check-out we requested a standard fare taxi to the airport and the guy at reception got us a luxury one. I refused to take it cause the fare is much more expensive and simply cause it was not what I have asked for, and the receptionist left us alone in the street without explanation and went back to his desk with a grumpy face and complaining. I don't think these were example of professional behavior in a luxury hotel. Apart for this two occasions, the hotel staff demonstrated a friendly and professional behavior.

Compact, high-class room, best staff that seemed to understand customer service. Satellite TV, climate control and an individual safe were nice. Private parking on-site provided.

The lush greenery integrated into the hotel's architecture creates a fine visual and relaxing environment right in the bustling city. The infinity pool offers an excellent view.
The bathrooms are surprisingly cramped for a hotel of this caliber. The walkways leading to the rooms are exposed to the elements, which can be a hassle during a rainstorm. As for the dining experience, be prepared for pricey options with no included meals, pushing the overall cost up a notch.
